There’s no upfront label fee for your first year. Instead, DaveGPT Records earns an agreed percentage from the income generated through the services we provide.

Percentages, rights, services, expenses and revenue definitions are agreed individually in writing. This website does not replace the artist agreement.

DaveGPT Records is designed around artist-retained ownership. Your music, masters, compositions, publishing and artist brand remain yours unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
We only receive the rights and permissions needed to provide the services you agree to, for the scope set out in writing.
